NAC is seeking National Seminar Scholarship Supporters for the 2023-2024 cycle featuring, “Recreational Food Service – Today, Tomorrow and Beyond.”

This half-day seminar will hit the road beginning with a kick-off slated for Thursday, March 9th, 2023 at Royal Corporation Headquarters in Santa Fe Springs, CA. NAC Director of Education, Larry Etter, CCM, will be the instructor. We anticipate adding more locations in the weeks and months to come.

We are seeking National Seminar Scholarship Supporters. Each National Seminar Scholarship Supporter will contribute $2,500 and will receive 20 scholarships to distribute to customers, employees and contacts and logo recognition on all seminar materials.

The seminar will break down into four 45 minute sessions with an interactive piece where the participants will engage and share their experiences. Larry will also send students home with a list of tips on best management practices.

Session 1 – “Recreational Foodservice”  - What is the definition of our industry and how does the manager fit into that channel?

 Session 2 – “Today” How are we operating in this current environment? Focus on communication skills with staff.

 Session 3 – “Tomorrow” What kind of results will/can we see with next steps? Profits vs. Efficiencies. How to succeed?  Data is important – DNA vs RNA

 Session 4 – “And Beyond” Trends going forward, what will drive the business, what changes are taking place in the consumer behavior. I will share the latest research from Technomics, a leader in restaurant and foodservice consumer behaviors.
